Refund Policy
At CurveKind, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love every item, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- It is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@curvekind.co with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and address.
- Carefully repackage the item in its original condition and include any documentation we provide.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange (depending on your preference).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

Exchanges
If your item is faulty or damaged, we’re happy to send you a replacement. The process is the same as a return—just let us know your preferred item when you contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@curvekind.co, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
